A group of girls took the law into their own hands to resolve a disagreement by beating up another girl for as long as it took for a cigarette to burn. This week BELUMNI BABE, Lerine, tell us about her life experience as a teenage gangster.
“Haha, it was a re-enacted that I did for Crime Watch last year. I would never do such a bad thing in my entire life. That was an awareness segment by Crime Watch to show how police tracked down the assailants and how those teenagers and parents alike can avoid such situations from happening.”
Phew, Lerine almost sent shivers down the spine of all the staffs at BELUMNI. So how did Lerine ended up making appearance on TV?
“My modelling life started when I was in my school days. The first assignment was a video for all the National Libraries in Singapore. I was selected after I won the MR & MISS ITE competition. I was a very unique assignment by the government and I was very surprised that I was chosen.”
What are you currently busy with?
I am currently working now in ST Kinetics and handling few assignments for my side line.
What do you want to do 5 years from now??
5 years from now, I hope I have build up my career and can start a family soon!
What are the qualities you look out for when finding a boyfriend?
Trustworthy and possess good personalities. Loves to be in long relationship and of course dote and pamper me
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Without trust, relationship is simply nothing.

What are you as a girlfriend?
Outgoing, lovable, thoughtful, understanding
If given a wish that can come true, what will be your wish?
I would wish to have another 3 more wishes.
One for my family, one for my friends and one for myself.
What was the most expensive gift you have ever received?
A Full set of Louis Vuitton, which comes with the sports shoe, wallet, handbag, key pouch, keychain and the belt given by someone very special and important to me , my mum !!
What kind of pick up line fails?
hmmm, I think something like this, “Hey girl, you look familiar .. I seem to have seen u somewhere”, when obviously I don’t.
How to increase the chances of guys going after you?
I wouldn’t be thinking of ways to have more guys going after me. No how, no why. Because I think if the guy were to go after me, I wish it is “JUST ME” that attracts them of going after me and not about thinking of ways to capture people’s heart. If it is not the “REAL YOU” no matter how many guys were to go after you, initially it is just another fake side of you. Guys will love you for who you are, So... just be the real you!!
If there is no tomorrow, what is one thing you will do today?
I would gather my entire loves one together and spend my today. It will be best if there’s a shooting star tonight, I can hope and pray for having a tomorrow.
